TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
> Payment
I only take USD via PayPal.
All payment must be either upfront, or once the initial sketch is approved.
If a client requests a commission that has a deadline of a week or less, rush fees may apply.
> Art Process
Turnaround time can vary from a couple of weeks to a month.
Time consuming changes, such as an outfit change, pose change etc will require an additional fee.
> Artwork Usage
I retain the right to use artwork done for you as commission examples and post it on my medias.
You may use the artwork done for you however you like (including edits), as long as proper credit is given.
> Order Cancellation / Refunds
I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason. If for some reason I need to cancel a commission, you will be refunded fully.
Cancellation of a piece by the client will only receive a partial refund, based on progress.
No refunds will be given for completed artwork.
